By accessing and using vgen.cloud ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

vgen.cloud provides AI development tools and cloud hosting services. Our platform allows users to build, deploy, and manage AI applications and cloud infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall vgen.cloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless vgen.cloud and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which vgen.cloud operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
